Autopay Pausing Policy
The client is allowed to pause their Autopay Membership for 4 weeks in a row once per year without any extra charge; any pause in membership thereafter will result in a charge of $19.99 every 4 weeks to keep their membership active while paused.
Autopay Cancelation Policy
If the client chooses to cancel their Autopay Membership before the 1 year commitment is fulfilled they must 1) pay a $99 cancellation fee and 2) fill out an exit survey to share how Actualize can improve and explain why they are breaking the contract early. The client is required to fulfill 3-months of their auto-pay commitment before having the option of canceling.
